一、 Warranty policy

Rextron provides after-sales service for products, and provides three-year warranty service for products according to the service content. LCD KVM product panel provides one-year warranty service.

If the product is damaged due to accident, improper use or unauthorized maintenance, which is not in accordance with the user manual, it is not within the scope of the warranty. The customer needs to charge the product maintenance service fee for maintenance.


二、 Calculation and basis of warranty period

Warranty certificate: the customer shall provide the invoice or purchase certificate of the product as the basis for warranty calculation. If the customer cannot provide the above certificate, the warranty period will be calculated according to the original shipment date of the product.

Warranty period determination: the warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase of the product.


三、 Limited warranty service

Rextron has due maintenance obligations for the maintenance products returned by customers.

During the warranty period of the product and if the product is still defective according to the user manual, the company provides free maintenance. If the returned repaired product has exceeded the warranty period of the product, or the warranty terms are not applicable, the customer shall bear all maintenance service fees and freight.


四、 Non warranty scope

If any product damage or defect is not attributable to rextron, it will not be covered by the warranty. The following circumstances are not covered by the warranty:

·Failure or damage caused by natural disasters, earthquakes, lightning strikes, abnormal voltages, or environmental factors.

·Re paste, forge or alter the barcode serial number of the product, or the barcode serial number is damaged and the warranty period cannot be identified.

·Dismantle, refit or replace non original parts by itself or by a manufacturer authorized by the original manufacturer.

·Failure to operate according to the manual or damage caused by improper use, such as product soaking, corrosion, falling, extrusion or exposure to abnormal temperature and humidity environment.

·Consumables inside and outside the product body: such as power transformer, transmission line, etc.

·Accessories other than the product body: such as cartons, instructions, etc.


五、 Completion time

Rextron maintains maintenance quality and parts safety inventory to ensure that the repair is completed within three working days. However, the transportation time and batch maintenance are not included. However, the batch maintenance will inform the customer of the scheduled completion time according to the product problems and the inventory of parts.


六、 Software limited warranty

In order to strengthen the functions and features of the products, rextron will provide new software for users to download and announce the products from time to time. Relevant information is available on the company's website www.rextron-cn COM, please check and update yourself. At the same time, rextron does not assume any responsibility for any software installed by the customer and any failure or damage that may be caused.


七、 Limitation of liability

Rextron does not guarantee that the products are suitable for any purpose, i.e. for specific purposes other than those listed in the user manual of the original products, and this limited warranty supersedes all guarantees, guarantees, conditions, terms, commitments and obligations (including the warranty of merchantability) regulated by laws, common laws, trade practices and trading practices, and all such guarantees are excluded to the extent permitted by law. There is no obligation to compensate the product buyer or other third parties for other inevitable, indirect and incidental losses caused by product defects, such as loss of income, loss of business investment, loss of goodwill or obstruction of mutual relations between enterprises. Rextron does not assume any compensation obligation for damage or failure of other equipment caused by its own products.


八、 Precautions for paid maintenance after the warranty period expires

1. The product maintenance cost includes parts cost, maintenance service fee and freight. After the warranty period expires, the maintenance service fee and freight shall be borne by the customer.

2. The customer service maintenance center will contact the customer before issuing the maintenance order, inform the customer of the possible maintenance costs, and confirm whether the customer agrees to pay for the maintenance.

3. If the customer service and maintenance center determines that the products to be repaired need to be repaired, but the customer gives up the repair, the customer service and maintenance center will send the products to be repaired back.

4. Product accessories, power transformers and wires are not covered by the warranty. If the customer has maintenance needs, he / she needs to pay the company for purchase.
